مده التحضير : 5 دقائق

المقادير :
كوب من حليب خالي الدسم
كوب من مكعبات الثلج
علبة من حليب الكاكاو نستله
ملعقة من قهوة نستله سريعة الذوبان
ملعقة شاي من الدارسين ( القرفة )

الطريقة :
نضع الحليب والثلج والكاكاو والقهوة والقرفة في خلاّط ، وتخلط جميعا الى ان تحصلي على موكا مثلجة عليها رغوة ,, تقدم فورا ,,



الشاى المثلج بالفراوله


مده التحضير : 5 دقائق
مده التبريد : 30 دقيقة

المقادير :

5 أكواب من الماء الساخن
1 كوب من مركز شاي المثلج بنكهة الليمون

ثلاث ارباع كوب مركّز الفراولة
3 اكواب من مكعبات الثلج
6 قطع فراولة او شرائح ليمون ( اختياري )

طريقة التحضير :
نخلط الماء ومركز الشاي والفراولة في وعاء ويخلط جيدا بمشبك الكريمة ، ويبرد بالثلاجة لمده 30 دقيقة ، بعدها يقدم بأكواب مع الثلج وتزين الاكواب بالفراولة او شرائح الليمون .



قهوه الموكا المثلجه

مده التحضير : 5 دقائق

المقادير:
¾ كوب من الحليب
ملعقتين اكل من قهوة نستله سريعة التحضير


كوب واحد من مكعبات الثلج
نصف كوب ( تقريبا كره من الأيس كريم ) نكهة الكاكاو او الروب المثلّج
ملعقة اكل من السكر

طريقة التحضير :
نضع الحليب والقهوة في الخلاط وتخلط الى ان تذوب القهوة بالحليب جيدا ,, ونضيف مكعبات الثلج والايس كريم والسكر ,, ويخلط ايضا الى ان تحصل على سائل ثقيل ,, يقدّم بشكل مباشر

القهوه بالخلطه الفرنسيه والايس كريم



التحضير 5 دقائق

المقادير :
1 كوب و ¾ من الماء البارد
¾ كوب من شراب صودا البارده
2 ملعقة اكل من السكر
2 ملعقة اكل من قهوة نستله سريعة التحضير
عدد كرتين حجم كبير من ايس كريم الفانيليا


طريقة التحضير :
نضع الماء والقهوة في الخلاط ,, ويخلط الى ان تذوب القهوة ,, ونضيف عليه مكعبات الثلج والسكر ,, الى ان يذوب ويتجانس الخليط ,, يقدم مباشرة وعند التقديم نراعى عدم ملأ الكوب بسبب اضافة كره ايس كريم على وجه الكوب
